Importing your Data

If you have your patient, product and/or service information in electronic form already, NaturaeSoft would be happy to speed up your configuration process by uploading that data into your OfficePro system. We do need the data in a specific format to upload it into your system, so we have 3 different options to offer you to help get your data into OfficePro as easily and quickly as possible.

1. We will upload your data for free if you present it to us in the format matching our upload specifications. See our upload specifications and file template below.
2. We offer discounted pricing for importing data from known data sources.  Please see our list of known data sources below.
3. We also offer the ability to import data from data sources unknown to NaturaeSoft. Our import engineers will analyze the data for importability and import work will be charged at an hourly rate.  NaturaeSoft considers any data source not on the list of known data sources to be an unknown data source

Upload Specifications

The preferable format for upload files is a CSV file although an Excel file is also acceptable.  We have linked to templates below for the format we need information to be presented in for upload into the system. 

If your data is not in this form, you can format your data into these templates and then we can upload it into the system for free, or if you prefer, we can reformat your data for you for a fee that is priced based on whether the data source we are working on is a known data source or not.  For known data sources see the list above.
