We have recently dedicated our efforts toward a significant enhancement of our support offerings and account management services. We are actively growing your support resources, creating helpful video tutorials and a ton of fresh knowledge base articles that will help you to get to your answer quickly. And if our resources cant help or you run into an error we are actively reducing our ticket response times and increasing out customer satisfaction with fewer steps to resolution. This is a long cry away from our recent past in which some tickets would go unanswered for quite sometime as we transitioned between support staff.
