OfficePro Change Log

A NaturaeSoft support chat now opens from the corner of every OfficePro screen. It answers questions from the support knowledge base, knows your practice and user, can open a support ticket for you, and hands you to a person when needed. The footer's Create a Support Ticket icon has been removed, since the chat opens tickets.

Every page of the NaturaeSoft support site now has a Need help? button that opens an assistant answering from the support knowledge base, with links to the articles it used. Signed in, it can open a support ticket for your practice with up to six screenshots attached, and Talk to a person hands the conversation to our support team with a summary. Please do not share patient information in the chat.

A Change Log link has been added to the footer of every screen. It opens a searchable list of recent changes, grouped by month and labelled as added, enhanced or fixed, so staff can see what is new without leaving OfficePro.

New practices can now preview the product and complete signup directly on the NaturaeSoft website.

OfficePro can now exchange patient records with other systems using the FHIR R4 standard, including a direct import from Charm. Imported records are matched against existing patients, so an import can be re-run without creating duplicates.

The support portal account area now lists the devices registered to a practice and the webinars available to its staff.
