When the support team replied to a conversation on the support site, the Need help button gave no sign of it. The button now shows a New reply badge and opens the conversation with the reply.

The NaturaeSoft support site has a cleaner, consistent look. Knowledge base articles are set in a narrower column that is easier to read and have a Back to Articles link, each support ticket shows its subject as the heading, and the practice bar appears only when you are signed in. Knowledge base searches containing an apostrophe now work.

The NaturaeSoft website has been rebuilt with new product pages, featured clinic profiles, and a practice assessment tool.

Underlying JavaScript libraries used throughout the suite have been updated to current versions. This improves compatibility with modern browsers, reduces the chance of display issues, and provides a more stable foundation across all modules.
