Patients who book a visit in the portal now receive a confirmation email with the date and time in the practice's time zone, how long the visit is, the provider and visit type, the telehealth link for a telehealth visit, an intake link where the visit type uses intake, and a link back to the visit. The practice receives a copy.

Patients without a saved payment card can now add a card on file during the checkout process, and can update their card from the account page at any time, making payments and future checkouts more convenient.

For practices with BillPro, the kiosk check-in flow now prompts patients without an active insurance case to enter their insurance information, with preferred payers pre-populated at the top of the list.

Patients can now log in to the patient portal using their existing Google account, streamlining access for patients who prefer not to manage a separate username and password.
