NaturaeGift cards are now part of OfficePro. You can sell a card, look one up, check its balance, and redeem it as payment on an encounter. A gift card dashboard shows every card you have issued and what is still outstanding against it.
Cards can also be cancelled or refunded when a customer changes their mind. A refund is returned to the same tender that bought the card, so the money goes back the way it came in.
Behind the scenes, a gift card sale is now held as deferred revenue and recognized when the card is actually redeemed, which keeps your revenue and your provider production figures honest.
