NaturaeOn some automatically generated refill orders, the Subscribe and Save discount was being applied twice: once on the product line where it belongs, and again as a separate credit on the patient account.
The discount is now applied only on the product line. The duplicate credits left behind by earlier orders have been reviewed and corrected, so patient balances reflect the intended discount and nothing more.
