NaturaeYou no longer have to open your text conversations to find out whether a patient has written in. The text message icon at the bottom of every OfficePro page now shows a red count of conversations waiting on a reply, and the same number appears in a new box beside Msgs at the top of the page.
Click the box to open your conversations already filtered to the ones waiting on a reply. The count updates on its own as new texts arrive, and a conversation comes off it as soon as it is opened.
