Who qualifies
Each program has simple eligibility criteria. Our team will verify during onboarding — the process is quick and straightforward.
Startup Practice
Your practice must be in its first year of operation at the time you sign up. The discounted rate applies for your first 12 months on OfficePro, after which you transition to standard pricing. Because you’re starting fresh, there’s no data import — which also keeps your setup cost low.
New Graduate
You must have graduated within the past 12 months and initiate your OfficePro subscription within one year of your graduation date. The discounted rate applies for your first 12 months on OfficePro, and the onboarding training series is included at no extra charge to help you and your team hit the ground running.
Still Modular

Both programs include the OfficePro base platform. Modules are still available à la carte at $20 per provider per month — start with what you need today and add more as you grow.
