Providers are now prompted to review an AI-generated chart note before it can be signed, so a note is never filed without a look.

After reviewing an AI-generated chart note, providers are now prompted to rate their experience with a quick satisfaction survey. This feedback is used to continuously improve the quality of AI-assisted charting.

ChartPro Kiosk now supports real-time speech transcription that streams text as audio is captured using the device's own processing capability. This significantly reduces transcription wait times and allows providers to review and edit the transcript before generating a chart note.

After recording is complete, providers can now review the full raw transcript before sending it to ChartPro AI for note generation. This allows any obvious errors or irrelevant content to be addressed before the AI produces the chart note.

A usage indicator is now displayed on the ChartPro AI launch button showing how many AI notes have been generated this month relative to the included monthly limit. The counter turns red when approaching or exceeding the limit.

The ChartPro AI Assistant can now be launched during video telehealth visits, allowing providers to capture an AI-assisted SOAP note from a virtual appointment in the same way they would for an in-office visit.

If a provider opens a ChartPro AI session but has not pressed the record button within a few seconds, the interface displays a prompt reminding them to start recording. This reduces the chance of an encounter being documented without any audio captured.

A pause button has been added to the ChartPro AI listener. Providers can pause audio capture mid-encounter without ending the session and resume when ready without losing any previously recorded content.

AI-generated treatment plan documents now include a library of health and wellness line-art icons that are automatically embedded into plan segments, improving the visual presentation of printed and digital treatment plans.

Before generating a chart note, providers can now choose the type of note to produce: Progress Note, Exam, Review, Referral, or Transcript Only. ChartPro AI uses the selected type to tailor the structure and content of the output.
