Visit types whose category was missing or invalid no longer disappear from the admin list. They now appear under the Admin category so they can be edited and configured.

When a staff member opens a visit, note, or document that has since been deleted, they now see a clear message explaining that the visit no longer exists. The window closes automatically after a few seconds instead of showing a technical error.
