Adding and editing visits on mobile now works as it does in OfficePro: a Notify patient box, Do Not Remind and Telehealth options, the reminder sent again after a change, the visit's products and services following its new date and provider, and cancellation wording when a visit is cancelled. Both are recorded in the visit history.

OfficePro Mobile has been rebuilt on a cleaner foundation, bringing charting, billing, scheduling, and payments together with faster page loads.

Case management, scheduling, patient intake, and encounter handling in the mobile app have all been substantially expanded.

The mobile interface now includes dedicated Patients and Contacts list pages accessible from the main navigation, each providing paged contact details for quick staff lookup.

The providers list in the mobile staff interface has been redesigned with clickable phone and email links, accessibility labels, and a clear empty state when no providers are listed.

The documents page in OfficePro Mobile has been redesigned with improved accessibility, clearer actions, and a more organized layout for browsing patient documents.

The patient visit history page in OfficePro Mobile now loads faster with a more efficient layout and optimized data retrieval.

The navigation in OfficePro Mobile has been updated with an active page indicator, icons, and clearer visual feedback, making it easier for staff to move between sections.
