Adding and editing visits on mobile now works as it does in OfficePro: a Notify patient box, Do Not Remind and Telehealth options, the reminder sent again after a change, the visit's products and services following its new date and provider, and cancellation wording when a visit is cancelled. Both are recorded in the visit history.

Claims created in the mobile app used the prior authorization number from the insurance case even when the claim carried its own, and never used the payer's default number. They now take the claim's number first, then the case's, then the payer's, matching claims created in OfficePro.

Staff with ChartPro access who are not providers, such as medical assistants, nurses and scribes, can now open and edit chart notes in the mobile app instead of being sent back to the home screen. Signing and reopening a note stays limited to providers.

Appointments booked before or after the practice's usual schedule hours no longer disappear from the mobile day and week views. The schedule grid now widens to fit every visit on the day shown.
