ChartPro

  • Fixed
    Chart Exports Skip Unreadable PDFs

One password-protected or damaged PDF in a patient's documents stopped the whole chart export, and lab exports silently left it out. Exports now put a notice page in that document's place, and the finished screen lists each document that could not be included so it can be opened and printed separately.

PatientPro

  • Improved
    ApptPro Online Activity Sidebar

The ApptPro Admin page now has a sidebar for the month showing Appointments Booked Online, with how many were canceled online, and Agreements Signed Online, with how many patients signed and the three most-signed agreements. Bookings are counted by the day they were made, and arrows step between months.

  • Improved
    Multi-Visit Kiosk Check-Out

A patient with several visits today now appears once on the kiosk check-out list and checks out of all of them together, unticking any they are not finishing yet. One card payment is split across the visits, the emailed receipt shows each visit's share, and if the front desk posts a charge meanwhile the kiosk shows the new total before charging.

  • Improved
    Kiosk Unpaid Balance Reminder

When a patient with a saved card taps Finish Check-Out on the kiosk without paying what is due, the kiosk now reminds them of the balance and changes the button to Finish Without Paying. A second tap still completes check-out, so nobody is held up, but no one leaves thinking their copay was collected.

  • Fixed
    Agreement Sign Button Stall

Signing an agreement at the kiosk or in the patient portal waited for the signed PDF copy to be made, so when document generation was slow the patient was left on a spinning Sign button and repeated taps piled up. The patient now moves on as soon as the signature is saved, and the PDF copy is filed afterwards.

  • Fixed
    Kiosk Card Payments

Paying with a saved card at kiosk check-out failed with a payment gateway error before the card was charged, so patients had to pay at the front desk. Kiosk card payments now go through, a practice without card payments set up sees a clear message instead, and the emailed receipt shows the practice logo and a readable next appointment date.

  • Improved
    Discontinued Badge in Portal Cart

A product the practice has discontinued is now marked Discontinued in the patient's portal cart, so a patient still holding it from an earlier visit can see it is no longer available instead of expecting it to ship.

BillPro

  • Improved
    Remittances Grouped by Paid Month

The ERAs Received list now uses the same framed layout as other OfficePro lists, with a heading showing how many remittances were received and a shaded row starting each paid month, so one month's remittances are easy to find. Search, paging, processing and PDF links work as before.

  • Improved
    Prior Authorization Tracking

Insurance cases now hold the dates a prior authorization is valid, the visits authorized and the maximum amount, beside the authorization number. Creating a claim for a visit outside those dates, or one an eligibility check flagged as needing an authorization, now shows a warning to check the authorization before sending. Practices using eligibility checks can also record an authorization from the visit's eligibility answer.

  • Improved
    Consistent BillPro Sidebar

The BillPro sidebar is now the same on every BillPro page, including the Account page, which had been missing the payment and ERA buttons. Each button has an icon and Settings is always last. Several buttons are renamed: Process Payment, ERAs (with the tax ID), Account Settings and Processing Reports. The BillPro Settings window now shows its sections side by side.

  • Fixed
    Claim Dates of Service

Claims with a single service were saved without an end date of service, so the BillPro claims list showed them with a placeholder date of 1/1/01 beside the real one. Claims created or re-created now record their first and last service dates correctly.

  • Fixed
    PR Rule Post Setting

Saving an ERA denial code rule for a PR (patient responsibility) code switched its Post setting back to Yes, as though the choice had been ignored. The setting is now kept as chosen, the rules list shows n/a for PR, and the form explains that only Alert applies, because a patient's share is never written off as an insurance adjustment.

  • Fixed
    Large ERA PDF Downloads

Remittance PDFs covering many claims sometimes opened as damaged files because they were cut off when stored. Remittance PDFs of any size now download and open in full.

  • Fixed
    ERA Retrieval Restored

Electronic remittances from the clearinghouse stopped arriving automatically in August, when an unrelated claim-status error blocked the download. ERAs are now retrieved hourly on their own schedule, and remittances missed during the outage have been recovered.

  • Improved
    ERA Processing Results

Processing an ERA now opens a proper window that can always be closed, with a progress indicator and a clear message if the request fails. Every charge line links to its encounter, and a new Transactions Posted table lists each payment and adjustment the ERA posted.

  • New
    ERA Denial Code Rules

Billing managers can now decide how each insurance reason code on an ERA is handled: post it as an adjustment, post it and alert a staff member, or hold it back. Denials that may still be collectable no longer have to be written off automatically. With no rules set, posting works exactly as before.

  • Fixed
    Product Return Credits Protected

Unticking a return visit on the payment allocation screen removed the credit a product return had given the patient, leaving the return visit unpaid and the credit lost. That row can no longer be removed, and a message explains why. The encounter's Refund Return Credit button now also rebuilds a lost return credit.

ProductPro

  • Fixed
    Products Needed Order Quantities

The Products Needed list took quantities already on open purchase orders off twice, so its suggested order fell short by exactly the amount already on order. It now suggests what is still needed. A vendor is flagged for patient orders only when a patient-ordered product is not covered by stock on hand or an open purchase order.

  • Fixed
    First Auto-Order Shipment

A new auto-order plan could skip its first shipment, because its Next date was filled in one full interval after the Start date. The Next date now defaults to the Start date, and on a new plan it follows the Start date until someone changes it by hand.

  • Fixed
    Running On-Hand in Product History

The On Hand column in a product's transaction history counted in the wrong direction and read zero on the most recent transaction. It now shows the quantity on the shelf after each transaction, matching the total at the foot of the list.

  • Fixed
    Drop-Ship Transaction Dates

Products added to an encounter as drop-ship were recorded with no transaction date, so the line showed a blank date in product history and fell outside date-ranged inventory reports. New drop-ship lines are now dated correctly.

  • Improved
    Drop-Ship Receipt Mismatch Flag

Purchase order lists now flag a drop-ship line where the quantity received does not match the quantity ordered. A drop-ship receipt should always match its order, so a mismatch usually means stock was received against the wrong purchase order and on-hand counts are overstated.

  • Fixed
    Cancelled Orders Keep Their Products

Cancelling a patient order used to put its products back in the patient's cart, leaving no record of what the order held. Products now stay on the cancelled order, the cancel prompt asks for a reason and warns when the order's encounter has already been charged or paid, and cancelled orders stay listed on the patient screen.

  • Fixed
    Discontinued Products Stop Refilling

A product marked inactive no longer generates automatic refill orders. Previously a retired product kept reordering for any patient with a standing auto-order, with nothing on screen to show it.

  • Fixed
    Automatic Purchase Order Quantities

Automatically generated vendor purchase orders no longer include lines with a zero or negative quantity, which could print on the PO as a credit. Fractional quantities now round up, and any line left out is listed in the run summary message so an incorrect on-order count gets noticed.

  • Fixed
    Purchase Order Quantity Safeguards

Purchase order and receiving quantities can no longer be saved below zero, which printed as credit lines on the vendor's copy and inflated future automatic orders. Automatic purchase orders created by the nightly run are now labelled as automatic, not as staff-created.

  • New
    Discontinued Product Notices

When a product is marked inactive while patients still have it in their cart or on an auto-order, OfficePro now opens a review screen listing those patients. Staff choose who to notify, edit the message, and can cancel the auto-orders in the same step. Carts and auto-orders also show a Discontinued badge.

  • Fixed
    Adding Products to Purchase Orders

Adding a product to a purchase order that already had lines could update a different product's quantity instead of adding the new one. Each product is now matched correctly, so new products are added and existing lines go up by one.

  • Fixed
    Ended Auto-Orders Stop Reordering

Cancelling a patient auto-order, or letting it reach its end date, now actually stops the refills. The scheduled refill process was ignoring the end date, so some ended subscriptions kept generating orders even though they no longer appeared in the patient portal. Open-ended subscriptions are unaffected.

  • Fixed
    Fullscript Default Product Type

A Default Product Type in ProductPro settings that was not one of the practice's product types displayed as none, and saving the settings silently erased it. An invalid type is now shown and labelled as not valid so it can be corrected, and it is never saved over a good value.

  • New
    Product Location Manager

ProductPro settings now include an Edit Locations screen for adding, renaming, ordering and retiring the shelf locations where products are stored, which previously only support could set up. Retired locations drop off the product form's list, except on products already assigned to them.

  • Fixed
    Auto Order Lead Time Setting

The Auto Order Lead Time setting in ProductPro had no effect, because automatic patient orders were created using the visit reminder window instead. Auto orders now follow the lead time set in ProductPro, and saving the ConnectPro settings no longer resets it to zero.

ConnectPro

  • Improved
    ConnectPro Home Monthly Summary

The ConnectPro home now shows each list beside a monthly summary: Recent Calls with incoming, outgoing and missed counts, Recent Voicemails with the player beside the list, and Recent Messages with received and sent counts. Dates and times are shown in one consistent format, and the call list columns are labelled for what they hold.

  • Fixed
    ConnectPro Dashboard Counts

The ConnectPro dashboard's voicemail count included voicemails that were not the practice's own, and its text message count disagreed with the list behind it. Both now count only the practice's own messages for the same period.

  • New
    Telehealth Calls List

The Telehealth tile on the ConnectPro dashboard now opens a list of telehealth visits you can browse by month, where before it led to a missing page. The dashboard's secure messages link now opens the OfficePro message center.

LabPro

  • Improved
    LabPro Home Layout

The LabPro home now matches the other module pages. Results and Orders fill the page beside a This Week sidebar showing results received, Process Labs and open orders. The results list is a compact table with collection and report dates, the provider and NPI, and an Associate button on results not yet matched to a patient.

  • Fixed
    LabPro Filters and Paging

On the LabPro home, the Results date filter's Update button applied the Orders filter instead, the Orders filter used dates typed under Results, and paging through Orders reopened the Results list. The last result on each page also reappeared at the top of the next. Each list now filters and pages on its own.

OfficePro

  • Fixed
    Recurring Visit Durations

When booking a recurring visit series, choosing a Duration of 4, 6, 8 or 10 hours saved every visit as 3 hours long. Each length now saves as chosen, and 10 and 20 minute lengths have been added to the list.

  • Fixed
    Text Message Sign-In Codes

Sign-in codes sent by text message were not being delivered, so staff using text verification were left waiting on the code screen. Codes are now sent from NaturaeSoft's own number for every practice, including practices without a texting number, and the screen says so if a text could not be sent.

  • Fixed
    Providers' Own Master Report

Providers without financial access were turned away when they opened their own figures from the Reports menu. They can now open the Master Report again, limited to their own figures, and the printed report follows the same rule. Staff with financial or administrator access still see every provider.

  • Fixed
    PaymentsPro Lists Every Transaction

The PaymentsPro card payment list left out payments taken at the check-in kiosk, refunds issued from a payment's detail window and payments the card processor reported directly, and its monthly total dropped sales once their batch settled. Every transaction is now listed once at its correct amount, the month's totals come from the same list, and the ACH batch total no longer includes the card account's batches.

  • Improved
    PaymentsPro Home by Processor

The PaymentsPro home page now has a section for each card processor the practice uses, with a month switcher and a sidebar showing the month's sales, refunds, declines, voids and batches. A practice that changed processors still sees its older history, the CardConnect list now matches the main card list, and a voided CardConnect payment shows as Void instead of Declined.

  • Improved
    Payment Source in PaymentsPro

Each card payment in PaymentsPro now shows where it was taken, with an icon for payments made in the patient portal or at the check-in kiosk beside the icon for how the card was entered. The payment detail window names the source too.

  • Fixed
    Tags Stay Active When Edited

Saving a patient tag, even just to change its description, switched the tag off, and new tags were created switched off, which could hide them from Bulk Messaging. Tags now have an Active checkbox and stay on when edited.

  • Fixed
    Tag Names With Apostrophes

If any existing tag name contained an apostrophe, clicking Add Tag in the Add New Tag window did nothing, so no new tag could be added. Tags can now be added whatever the existing names contain, and tag names and descriptions display exactly as typed.

  • Improved
    BackOfficePro Home Panels

The BackOfficePro home now shows each area as a list beside a summary. Marketing Tags lists every tag with its patient count and a CSV download, Upcoming Auto Orders are grouped into Overdue, Due within 7 days and Later and show only orders the nightly run will place, and vendor reorder dates match the automatic purchase order run. The bulk send window moved under Settings.

  • New
    Automatic Tag Rules

Practices can now tag patients automatically in BackOfficePro by ticking rules: Seen recently, Lapsed / win-back, New client, Established client, Prospect (no visits yet) and Has an upcoming appointment. Tags are brought up to date every hour, removed when a rule is switched off, and tags staff added by hand are never touched. Patients who opted out of bulk messaging are skipped by default.

  • Fixed
    Automatic Card Batch Deposits

Card batches from the integrated card processor stopped being deposited automatically at the end of July, and the batch totals in PaymentsPro stopped updating once a batch had opened. Batch totals are correct again, including past months, and automatic deposits resume for batches opened from September 24. Earlier batches are left to the deposits staff made by hand.

  • Fixed
    Practice Logo Uploads

Uploading a practice logo from the Admin page, or from the PatientPro and ApptPro settings, failed with an error and the logo was not saved. Logo uploads now complete, and if one does fail the message explains why.

  • Fixed
    Visit Types Set Up Active

Some practices were set up with every bookable visit type switched off, which left the scheduler, online booking and note template list empty. Affected practices have been repaired, and new practices are now set up with their visit types active.
